What's Your Beef?
Written by amby_ramby  on July 15, 2008

Every day millions of particles of food pass our mouths, hundreds of ingredients enter our meals, and just as many go unlabelled or unmentioned on the products we purchase blindly.

Teens Too Soon?
Written by amby_ramby  on June 05, 2007

Remember when you were agonizing over your first kiss? Those teenage years took forever to reach, and never seemed to last long enough. But the tweens and pre-tweens of today are making their memories a little earlier than those before them.

Get Involved!
Written by amby_ramby  on November 07, 2006

The word of the month appears to be volunteerism, with organizations just finishing up their recruitment campaigns, and Santa Claus parades just around the corner, trying to get diligent banner carriers and float decorators. Many people get confused as to what volunteering means. Is it just feeding the elderly in nursing homes? Can you do anything that isn't messy, smelly, or icky? Each Ontario secondary school student must complete, in addition to all course credits and the literacy test, forty hours of community involvement, commonly referred to as "volunteer hours". Yes, it is I; the elusive Amba Ramgoolam, also known as Amby-Ramby, Rumplestiltskin, and many other names that are probably still unknown to me. It is with my deepest pleasure that I can say that I have been given the opportunity to be a part of the DMyouth web experience. In the days and weeks to come, I will be feeding you editorials, thoughts and reflections upon current events in a very characteristically Amba-esque way.

I can only ask you to stay tuned, as I am sure you will, for my updates.

I can let you know that around lunch time there should be a tasty morsel ready for you.

Untill tomorrow,

Amba Ramgoolam.
